Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or using any services offered by OurFutureproofTeam ("we," "us," or "our"), located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

SMS Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS communications you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these SMS Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, including the SMS disclosures contained therein.

Services Offered

OurFutureproofTeam provides the following services:

• Free AI Opportunity Mapping Sessions — 60-minute strategy consultations
• AI consulting and business strategy services
• AI workflow automation and systems implementation
• CRM setup, activation, and contact database management
• Follow-up systems, outreach campaigns, and pipeline automation
• Ongoing retainer services for system management and optimization
• Speaking engagements, workshops, and educational programs

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Free Strategy Session

The AI Opportunity Mapping Session is offered at no charge and carries no obligation to purchase additional services. It is a genuine working session designed to provide value regardless of whether you choose to engage us further.

By booking a session you agree to:

• Attend at the scheduled time or provide reasonable advance notice to cancel or reschedule
• Engage in good faith with the intention of exploring AI opportunities for your business
• Allow us to follow up with you after the session via the contact information provided

We reserve the right to decline or cancel sessions at our discretion, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or bad faith bookings.

Paid Services & Payment Terms

For paid consulting and implementation services the following terms apply:

• All fees, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in a written agreement or proposal prior to work beginning
• Payment terms will be specified per engagement — typically split between project start and completion
• Monthly retainer fees are due at the beginning of each billing period
• Late payments may result in a pause of services until outstanding balances are resolved
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise agreed in writing

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of consulting and custom implementation work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Work completed and delivered is non-refundable
• If a project is cancelled before work begins, any prepaid amounts will be refunded minus a reasonable administrative fee
• Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable for the current billing period but can be cancelled with 30-day written notice
• Disputes will be handled in good faith with the goal of a fair resolution for both parties

Intellectual Property

All content on our website including text, graphics, logos, and design elements is the property of OurFutureproofTeam and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Regarding work product created for clients:

• Custom systems, workflows, and automations built for a client become the property of that client upon full payment
• We retain the right to reference the type and scope of work completed for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing
• We do not retain rights to client data, contacts, or proprietary business information

Confidentiality

We understand that the information you share with us — including business strategy, contact databases, revenue figures, and operational details — is sensitive. We commit to:

• Treating all client information as strictly confidential
• Not disclosing client information to third parties without explicit consent
• Using client information only for the purpose of delivering agreed services
• Signing a formal NDA upon request for any engagement

No Guarantee of Results — Important Disclaimer

OurFutureproofTeam expressly disclaims any and all guarantees of specific business results. By using our website or engaging our services you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Revenue figures are illustrative only. Any revenue amounts, dollar figures, or financial outcomes referenced on our website — including but not limited to "$50,000–$200,000," "$14,000 recovered," "$45,000 in additional revenue," or any similar figures — are examples of outcomes clients have experienced in specific circumstances. They are not promises, projections, or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar results.
• Case studies are not guarantees. All case studies, before/after comparisons, statistics, and client outcome examples displayed on our website represent individual results achieved under specific conditions. Results will vary based on your industry, business size, existing systems, market conditions, team commitment, and many other factors entirely outside our control.
• Session outcomes are not guaranteed. While we commit to delivering a genuine, high-quality AI Opportunity Mapping Session, we make no guarantee that the session will result in a specific number of identified opportunities, a specific dollar value of hidden revenue, or any particular business outcome.
• Marketing language is not contractual. Phrases used on our landing pages and marketing materials such as "find hidden revenue," "unlock $50K–$200K," "3x more deals," "recover lost revenue," or similar language are intended to illustrate potential and possibility — not to create a binding commitment or promise of specific outcomes.
• AI systems do not guarantee performance. Automation workflows, CRM systems, email sequences, SMS campaigns, AI voice agents, and any other systems we build or implement may produce varying results. Technical performance depends on platform uptime, carrier deliverability, data quality, audience responsiveness, and other factors beyond our control.
• Past results do not predict future outcomes. Any reference to results achieved by us or our clients in the past is not an indication or guarantee of results you will achieve in the future.

You acknowledge that you are engaging OurFutureproofTeam based on your own independent judgment and not in reliance on any specific outcome, result, or performance guarantee made by us or on our behalf.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, services, and all related content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that our services will meet your specific business requirements
• Warranties that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce specific results

Limitation of Liability

Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to OurFutureproofTeam in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless OurFutureproofTeam and its founders, partners, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of our website or services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
• Any claim that your use of our services caused damage to a third party

Third-Party Platform Disclaimer

Our services involve the use of third-party software platforms, tools, and services including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Awesome CRM, n8n, Make.com, Zapier, ManyChat, Twilio, OpenAI, and other automation and CRM platforms ("Third-Party Platforms").

You acknowledge and agree that:

• We have no control over Third-Party Platforms. OurFutureproofTeam is not responsible for any changes, outages, feature removals, pricing changes, API modifications, terms of service updates, or discontinuation of any Third-Party Platform used in delivering our services.
• Platform changes may affect your systems. If a Third-Party Platform modifies or discontinues functionality that your systems rely on, OurFutureproofTeam shall not be held liable for any resulting disruption, loss of functionality, or business impact. Additional work required to adapt systems to platform changes may be billed separately.
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Third-Party Platforms. Any reference to specific platforms or tools on our website is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply partnership, endorsement, or guarantee of performance.
• Third-Party Platform costs are your responsibility. Any subscription fees, usage costs, or charges associated with Third-Party Platforms are the sole responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Data & Backup Responsibility

In the course of delivering our services, OurFutureproofTeam may access, work within, or make modifications to your CRM systems, contact databases, automation workflows, and related data ("Client Data").

You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for maintaining backups. It is your sole responsibility to maintain current, complete backups of all Client Data before granting us access or requesting any changes. OurFutureproofTeam is not responsible for data loss, accidental deletion, corruption, or any unintended modification of Client Data.
• We are not liable for data loss. OurFutureproofTeam shall not be held liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to Client Data arising from our work within your systems, platform outages, third-party tool failures, or any other cause.
• You own your data. All contacts, lists, CRM records, and business data remain your property at all times. We will not retain, copy, or use your Client Data for any purpose other than delivering the services you have engaged us to provide.
• Email and SMS sending is your responsibility. If we build or manage email or SMS campaigns on your behalf, you represent that you have the legal right to contact the recipients on your list and that all contacts were collected in compliance with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR, and CASL where applicable. OurFutureproofTeam is not liable for any legal claims arising from your contact list or the manner in which those contacts were originally collected.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
